Thank you for being a part of the Papaton Shadow Theater family! We appreciate your support. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, don't worry. Just bring it back to us, and we'll give you a full refund or exchange. Please see the details of our return policy below. Your satisfaction is important to us!
GENERAL RETURN POLICY
You have a window of 14 days from the date of receipt to return any of our playsets. Please be aware that all return shipping costs will be your responsibility. For added peace of mind, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending back your return.
To initiate a return, simply email us at hi@papatonkids.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Please note that we cannot accept items sent back to us without prior return authorization.
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll promptly notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund transaction.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Upon receiving your order, please take a moment to inspect it. If you find any defects, damages, or if you've received the wrong item, please reach out to us immediately at hi@papatonkids.com. We're here to address the issue promptly and ensure your satisfaction.
EXCEPTIONS
All sales are final and refunds are not offered once the checkout process is completed.
